Application

Tags programmed with destination data, build recipe etc are attached to pallets and product carriers such as skids forklifts and more. Tags are read at each station by antennas mounted along conveyers, overhead tracks and at strategic points where specific routing is needed.

High Temp Paint Ovens

Auto ID technologies have struggled with high temperature applications in the past. Paper burns and barcodes melt. Escort Memory Systems has constantly pushed the envelope with High Temp RFID. Our patented High Temp Tags can withstand temperatures up to 454º F, making them ideal for paint ovens.

Application

Color information can be programmed into a tag mounted under a bumper or side panel, then read by an antenna as it enters the oven. The data instructs the operator as to what colors are to be used; guaranteeing that the right color is mixed and applied. ROI is realized through a drop in the number of mistakes made in this critical portion of production.
