The 32K bytes of memory in the active tags allow users to program and build lengthy recipies. In addition, information can be routed quickly and the time, date and process information can be updated continuously. Read range with these systems can vary from a few to 18 inches.

Low Frequency Series Features

1. Less susceptibility to the effects of metals liquids and other nearby elements compared to frequencies like HF and UHF.

RS Series Read-Only Low Frequency Systems

Low Frequency (LF) RFID (125 kHz) LF has a long history (20 years) of being used in industrial environments, as well as in animal tracking/tagging applications.

Escort Memory Systems offers the RS line of LF Read-Only RFID Readers and ES Tags. This rugged line has been used for years by industries such as textile manufacturing, automotive and more.

Tags can be pre programmed with specific IDs based on customer requirements. Once in place these systems have the reputation of needing very little maintenance and they consistently perform in industrial conditions.
